The Center for Advanced Research in Biotechnology (CARB) has an oligonucleotide core facility for the purpose of synthesizing highly specialized oligonucleotides. The facility boasts a MerMade6 from BioA
utomation in Plano, TX. An in-house Research Assistant maintains the MerMade6 and facilitates the chemical synthesis of these highly specialized DNA and RNA oligonucleotides.
